A Little Bit About!
I Knew Floridays was Special, When We Pulled into the Dock! Pete and Karen said it was special - and it was!
Similar to an old school Florida Fish House, with fantastic views of the Intercostal Water Way and Anna Maria Island you can't miss this restaurant! The menu is great with a lots of choices, some quirky and some traditional. As a new boater, I appreciated the help docking. Lot's of cold beer and cocktails in Floridays large outdoor Tiki Hut - or dine inside if it is too hot or cold. Regardless, good times will be had at this location.
Get your picture taken by the large manatee hanging from the ceiling from one of the many friendly wait staff! Or you might prefer posing with a shark over the bar! Regardless, this restaurant is classic old Florida - with a modern flair. Some say the experience is straight out of a vintage postcard.
Easily accessible from the Manatee Avenue or by boat. There is ample parking on weekdays, but weekends can be a bit more difficult Docking was easy and on a weekday there was plenty available. As a new boater, I appreciated the help docking.
Music lovers will find great live music at Floridays every Saturday night from 7-10 PM!
Crab Dip or Cakes, Smoked Fish Spread, Burgers and Shrimp, with some of the best views and coldest beer in town. What more could you want. I can't wait to go back with Pete and Karen!
